I just purchased a Time Capsule for my Mac, and now I am able to hook up a Canon laser printer directly to it. My Mac recognizes the printer connected to the Time Capsule, but keeps aksing me to "Choose a Driver or Printer Model" when I am setting it up. I have downloaded the Canon print driver from the Canon website and I can find the Canon folder on my hard drive. However, it seems that I can't fine the actual driver. Any suggestions?
With the UFR2 driver installed on the Mac, if you click on the Print Using menu and then click on "Select printer software", the window that appears lets you browse through all the drivers installed on your Mac. If you type MF in the search field at the top of this window, the list of printers will be filtered to all those starting with MF, of which your MF4100 Series will be one of them as shown inside the red box.
